How do I send you my Photo?
If you have a single file or a couple of files for editing / restoration, please send us your files as an attachment to email. You could send a copy of the email to admin@convert2vector.com. Most of our clients prefer to send volume orders on a CD / DVD or external hard disk. We return the restored / edited files back on CD / DVD or external hard disk.

How should I pay for the restoration?
You can pay by Paypal or use your credit card. You will be sent a link to our secure payment gateway which you can use to make an online payment. For large volume orders we prefer to accept wire transfer.

Do I need to pay for any corrections I might have?
If you have any corrections to be made because we have misunderstood your instructions or if it is an error
on our part, then it will be done free of cost. Minor corrections are also done free of charge. Corrections on
your part, if time consuming will be costed.

I need a price for large volume order.
Please send us an email giving us the number of images you have, instruction as to what you need and the turnaround time you require and we shall revert with a quote.

Can I take up a Business Account for Photo Restoration?
Yes you can. Sign up for a Business Account. When you take up a Business Account, you do not have to wait for the proof. The files would be sent out to you as soon as they are ready.

I would like to see my restored/ edited photo before I pay for it.
Yes you can! Once you approve of the cost, then we will go ahead and work on your image and send you a lowres jpg proof of the file.

How long would I have to wait to get my file after I pay?
If yours is a single file order or very low volume order, you will receive your file(s) as soon as we receive payment confirmation. Please note the time difference between India (+5.30 GMT) and your country - to receive your file after you have made your payment.
We work Mon- Fri.

Will you keep my photo on file?
Your artwork will be in our records for a period of 2 weeks after your order is completed.

Do I have to send you any instructions for the restoration I need?
This would help us estimate the amount of work involved and the turnaround time. Specific instructions as to how you require the file edited / enhanced would be very helpful.

 

Can I get a discount on bulk orders?
Yes - We offer discounts for bulk orders. Please indicate the volume you have and the turnaround time required and we shall give you a comprehensive costing.
